My name is Kristy LaFollette (she/her/hers). Having spent 20+ years in both the corporate and agency worlds driving sales revenues, growing teams and implementing a range of business processes and practices, I decided to launch Health Equity Partners. Why? I LOVE what I do: helping women reach their business potential by taking their talents to the next level.

I got my career start in publishing with a little startup called Wired Magazine (hire #20!). My path was not straight nor predictable, that's for sure. I intentionally chose roles that pushed me to learn something new, and then I would figure out a way to integrate these learnings into my next role. What’s always been consistent is my passion for working with smart, creative and ambitious people to build new things and solve really tricky problems.

Today, with Health Equity Partners, I bring my cross-functional expertise to women-owned small to mid-size businesses. From independent clothing retail to a digital learning and development platform, I understand how to identify where there's a gap in business strategy or a sales process that, once filled, could lead to more efficiencies and higher profit margins. By providing specialized fractional sales, business operations, marketing, and project management services to my clients, I create a highly collaborative space to share then solve a myriad of business challenges.
